Parking at Millbrae BART Station

Gateway at Millbrae Station will be a new mixed-use development that will feature 400 new apartments, including 100 affordable units, 80 of which will be Veteran-preferred. The new community will include office and retail space and other amenities that will be available for use by residents and guests of the project as well as BART customers and the general public. Parking for the occupants of the development will be provided within the new buildings.

Construction of the Gateway at Millbrae project is slated to begin in fall 2019. BART’s approximately 2,100-space parking garage will remain open and available to BART riders during construction.

The surface parking lots at the Millbrae BART Station will be eliminated in phases over the course of construction. Once the Gateway at Millbrae project is complete, the approximately 300-space surface parking lot near Aviador Avenue and Camino Millenia will reopen to BART riders.
